Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business in a defined set of target accounts. Part of your daily process is networking and educating CMOs, Demand Generation operatives, Operations and Marketing professionals regarding INFUSEmedia’s proven & proprietary tactics. By effectively communicating INFUSEmedia’s value proposition and demonstrating a genuine interest in the target’s results and ROI, you will help marketers reach their most critical goals and create recurring business opportunities for INFUSEmedia.

Marketing Campaign Coordinator

Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to work on B2B lead generation campaigns and coordinate the implementation, tracking, and measurement of different processes that run in parallel. This is an entry-level position focused on ensuring that all lead generation campaigns are aligned with our corporate strategy. You will collaborate with different teams to manage campaign performance, as well as report and analyze the results.

Position Highlights

  • Coordinate with other teams in order to ensure that campaigns are on track and deadlines will be met
  • Track different processes in parallel and identify potential bottlenecks
  • Conduct quality control checks and guarantee that all standards are met
  • Collect results and derive insights from raw data
  • Provide insights that will be fed into the clients’ CRM

Qualifications

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to ensure the post-sale success and satisfaction of our clients. This role focuses on constant successful communication with our clients and making sure that every experience is a positive one. We’re looking for an experienced Agency Success Director to ensure the optimum satisfaction and support of our digital agency partners and their clients. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong strategic relationships with new and existing agency partners, while making sure that every experience is a positive one. You will work directly with our agency partners in order to help them achieve their client’s lead generation objectives by accurately understanding their requirements, before identifying and leveraging company-wide resources to successfully address their needs.

Reporting directly to the International Vice President, you will ultimately grow and lead a team focused on approaching and activating new agencies across EMEA while growing revenue through the existing agency channel. You will communicate and collaborate with personnel across our Customer Success, Campaign Management, and Sales Account Management teams in order to achieve business objectives.
